1. Appointment Policy:
- Appointments are recommended to ensure availability, although walk-ins are welcome when possible.
- Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive the full service. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling.
2. Cancellation Policy:
- We understand that life happens, but we kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Hygiene Policy:
- Your health and safety are our top priorities. We adhere to strict sanitation and hygiene protocols, including the use of disposable liners, sterilized tools, and regular disinfection of surfaces.
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment.
4. Children Policy:
- We love children, but for safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all clients, we kindly request that children not accompany you to your appointment unless they are receiving a service.
5. Payment Policy:
- We accept cash and most major credit cards for payment. Payment is due at the time of service.
- Gratuities are appreciated but not required. If you wish to leave a tip, it may be given directly to your technician or added to your credit card payment.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee:
- Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
